Appointed From Within is a 12-month leader development and mentoring program, designed for those new to leadership in a church or Christian ministry context, with a particular focus on those who've been appointed from within the congregations or organisation.
Providing leaders with the understanding, skills and support they need to successfully navigate challenges and embrace the opportunities they will encounter as a Christian leader.
AFW is your 101 leadership program, providing you with the leadership principles and foundations you need to thrive in your faith, life and leadership.
With 14 years of experience working in church ministry and a Master of Leadership, Sally brings a unique combination of academic knowledge and personal experience. Sally is passionate about empowering young leaders to thrive in their leadership through intentional development, training and support.

Sessions
The sessions are a blend of training and mentoring. Part of the time is dedicated to exploring key content and discussing how it applies to your specific context. The rest of the time focuses on traditional mentoring and coaching, offering space to debrief, reflect, and work through particular areas for growth
